This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered when you purchase from PotHeadWorld.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
  • Orders are not processed on federal holidays.
  • Note: Processing time is separate from shipping (transit) time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on location and the carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes typically range from:

  • 3–7 business days within the United States.
  • Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

PotHeadWorld is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues or weather conditions.
  • Incorrect address entry by the customer.
  • Customs delays or events outside of our control.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We ship only to locations where hemp-derived products are legally permitted.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with local, state, and federal laws before ordering.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders to restricted jurisdictions or request additional verification before shipment.

4. Address Accuracy & Risk of Loss

  • Accuracy: Customers must provide complete shipping info. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or packages returned due to incomplete information. Reshipping fees may apply for returned items.
  • Risk of Loss: All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer to the carrier.
  • Delivered Status: Once marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or items left unattended.

5. Tracking & Unclaimed Packages

  • Tracking: You will receive tracking info via email once the order ships. It is your responsibility to monitor updates.
  • Refused Packages: If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned after failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to deduct original shipping costs and carrier return fees from any potential refund.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must:

  2. Include photos of the packaging and product.
  3. Retain all original packaging materials. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.

7. Fraud Prevention

For security purposes, PotHeadWorld may delay shipments pending verification, request additional ID, or cancel orders suspected of fraud. High-risk flagged activity may result in order cancellation.
